• Dashboard for managing hiring processes

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use VA Radar, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for:

7. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid features of VA Radar, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payment terms include:

• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

VA Radar and all related technology, including our AI models, algorithms, and software, are owned by Limitless Being and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESS BEING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VA RADAR.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Being from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of VA Radar, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use VA Radar ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of VA Radar after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
